Me describiría a mi mismo como I am a 42 year old woman that has lived a quiet life full of pushing myself in areas that made me nervous. I've tried my hand at rock climbing, kayaking, and bungie jumping. I can't say I did it without fear, but I'm so proud of myself for trying new things. I'm looking for a man that is more than just a quick 'hi & by' chat, but a deeper more philosophical connection. I enjoy sitting on a bench near a lake, watching the sunset, and having good food. I never had the privilege of having children, but children are the light of the next generation and talking with them brings me great joy to see the world from their point of view. I'm far from perfect and I'm not looking for perfect- we all have our own struggles and challenges that we have had to overcome in this life. I would love to know how you've overcome your personal trials and what's made you a better person. I have a basset hound named Tony and am a huge Huskers fan.
