Ich würde mich selbst beschreiben als After almost six years in Costa Rica and Panama, it's time to bring my 3 kids back to the US, so they can prepare for life in the 'Bigger Arena'. My double occupation: writer/editor and developing properties in Panama. My -ex seems to accept southern Florida and the kids will keep their s******. About me: excellent health and fitness, I love dancing whether it's rock or Latin, I'm a well-disguised egghead. I love introducing my kids to new things: skiing, hiking, languages, museums, dance, karate, books, drawing. You know. Living in Central America was a challenge, though I enjoy cutting roads with a bulldozer as much as writing and publishing. Although I am more than happy to 'make friends' in Florida, here's what I'm looking for: within the practical restrictions of having children and making a good living, the "all-in" relationship. Commitment to the other person's happiness, assuming it's legal. I want a life partner who is optimistic, who sees the possibilities, who enjoys solving problems with me. A collaborator in as much as makes sense. A person committed to health and fitness for the long haul. Willing to try it if I recommend it. Real important: what's an argument? What's it for? I hope you'll answer: it's a springboard to solving something that was between us.
I'm not Brad Pitt, nor Donald Trump, and I'm not particularly status-conscious. I'm international, speak 3.5 languages, Ivy Leaguer, MBA, been to Europe 100x and adopted two of my children there. I know I'm not better than the immigrant day laborer - he's doing exactly what I'm doing: his best for his family, even going to a different country and being deprived of their company. I look forward to putting down roots back in the US, and trying out some biz ideas I've been percolating. For the next few years, I'll be dressing up our lands in Central America, to catch the expatriation wave that will push up prices there - so some travel but not a lot. I want to be connected to the right woman, one who can say, OK this part is my original life, that will join gradually at its own pace, and this part is my private finances, but the rest is 'all in' and let's enjoy this, not make it fit into a box, not be satisfied with TV every night or an absence of passion or dining in silence. If I fall on my trasero dancing, I expect you to crack up and I should too. but when I ask you for the next dance too, say yes. Let's respect tradition and stability but not get crazy about them; there are a million viewpoints and I probably vary from a few of yours. let's accomplish something together. You have a world view, you treasure your body and care what I see, you advocate for those you care about, you can think strategically and choose when to be patient and when to set fire to everything - in a good way, not literally.
