I've had success. I worked hard for it and had to spend way too much time away from my family to achieve it. In the end that time apart contributed to my being here now. (Well, so did having picked the wrong person but lack of time together was a big factor)
My goal now is to enjoy life. Nobody ever wrote "I should have spent more time at the office" on their tombstone.

Let me add I am not yet looking for any one type of relationship. Maybe you're looking for lite dating, maybe a FWB or an 'intimate friend'. I'm open to that but am not looking for a 1 nite stand. Whatever I find I'd like it to be more substantial than that.
Having said that I am certainly not opposed to a commited relationship with the right person. As I indicated, I'm open minded and let's just see what the universe drops in my lap.
