Dating and meeting new singles is nothing like I remember. After two years of "playing the field," I've pretty much given up on finding a sincere, honest, loving and nurturing woman and accepted the single life for what it is--a safe (tho rather lonely) harbour.
And now I run across this site for single moms. Well...just maybe this is where I can find that woman that sees beyond her own existance to the wider horizons discovered only thru sharing and true love.
I've had some really great relationships in my life. Some call me lucky in love--but love and making love last is not about luck. My relationships have all lasted over a decade and my exes are some of my best friends that I will cherish til the day I die. People give up on love so easily these days because they were never given the tools they need to keep a relationship together.
