Going to the Discovery wildlife park with a friend and our children - fun. Big trips can be misserable if you leave the wrong people at home, day trips can be unforgettable when you remember to bring someone you could talk with for hours. I never go wrong when I bring my son for company, but sometimes adult compainionship is not only nice but necessary.
