I Would Describe Myself As First time trying online dating. Not sure what to expect. But here we go. I am a single mother of two. Boy and girl in elementary. My kids keep me grounded and help me to reach for the stars. I work for a high profile company in our industry. I deal with other high profile clients. I travel often for work. I look very young so naturally I attract many characters. I've met a lot of good men willing to accept the entire package but I have yet to find someone with those qualities that I'm attracted to. I also meet men without kids who are willing to accept the whole package (at least that's the pick up line). Needless to say, its difficult to really know what its like to be a parent and truly accept everything that comes along with being a parent. I value men who are ambitious, confident, family oriented and who believe in having a happy, strong and healthy family. I don't expect people to change who they are in order to impress me. Being you and loving who you are is way more attractive that someone who acts like someone they aren't. Eventually the truth comes out.
Am I perfect, not even close. I work hard to provide my kids a great life but of course with working hard and the chaoticness of balancing kids, work and keeping my sanity through me time I tend to have high standards and have a low tolerance for peoples bs. My kids and I deserve the best and with that being said I cannot settle for less. I'm very social (not to be mistaken with being naive). II cannot say I hate my life. I've had the chance to live and will continue to live. But as you know being a single parent can be hard and rewarding at the sametime. I've been blessed with my awesome kids, my career, opportunities to travel and meet great people. I'm not a mom who feels like she is a victim. I've been through a lot but will never take it back. Through all my hardship my kids have learned to be strong and I've learned that I can get through almost anything.
As far as activies, I enjoy hiking, riding bikes, spending time with my kids, making my friends and family, as well as, everyone I meet feel they are not alone and that they have a friend in me. Now, I'm waiting for my turn.
